Leadership in Software Engineering

Bob has over twenty years experience in software engineering, development management and project management. He has held a variety of leadership roles in the technology industry, and is the “go-to” person for new technologies and challenging projects. Bob has worked with leading organizations such as Emerson Electric, Avocent, Sun Microsystems, Cyberguard, and Nova Southeastern University.

Bob is especially accomplished in recruiting talented employees and guiding them to successful completion of projects and tasks. He is an effective communicator who unifies multiple teams and stakeholders. Bob has a history of delivering results on time and within budget. He is guided by a philosophy of simplifying the complex, and keeping a focus on the goal.

Bob has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Franklin and Marshall College, and a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Delaware. He has taken extensive coursework in Java and C programming, computer design, project management and leadership.
